Your great aunt's mother could fall into two categories, related and unrelated.
If the great aunt is a sibling of one of your grandparents then her mother would be the mother of one of your grandparents and a grandparent of your parent. Her mother would then be your great grandmother. The mother's great great grandfather would also be a great great grandfather of one of your grandparents. That would make him a great great great grandfather of one of your parents and your great great great great grandfather. Gee I hope I figured this right.
However if the great aunt married a brother of one of your grandparents then the only family of hers that is related to you are the children, grandchildren etc she produced by the brother of one of your grandparents. You are not related at all to the family of your aunts and uncles by marriage except their children and grandchildren. So if it is someone famous you want to claim kin to you can't if the great aunt is related only by marriage.

We usually number the greats instead of repeating them. It is shorter and clearer.
If she married your grandfather's / grandmother's brother, no relation.
If she was sister to your grandmother/grandfather (which I doubt, since you would have said "Grandmother's / grandfather's great great grandfather in that case)
Grandfather's father = your 1st great grandfather
Grandfather's grandfather = your 2nd great grandfather
Grandfather's (1st) great grand father = your 3rd great grandfather
Grandfather's 2nd great grand father = your 4rd great grandfather
You have one too few greats in your example.

What exactly are you looking for? The relationship is very distant.
